Using Dataware’s count to usage process is a good example of a breadman option.   Once an initial count is done,  all subsequent counts actually calculate the amount issued between trips.   For instance if the BOH is 10 and the item is counted with 6 the item was issued out 4 times.

The Dataware system then creates a usage transaction, adjusts the BOH and sets a count transaction for 6.

Using Dataware’s Smart APP you can barcode scan items and enter a count or us the list option.  This brings up the items in a spreadsheet method to load.

There are many other types of breadman options, reach out to Dataware for more information.
